Yes - I do discovery and kickoff meetings in person across the Okanagan when it fits the project. Most ongoing work runs async with weekly video demos.
Do you only serve Kelowna?
No. I'm based in Kelowna but work across the Okanagan, BC, Alberta, and the US. The local label just means in-person is an option for nearby clients.

Yes. You own the codebase, the domain, the hosting account, and all the data. No vendor lock-in, no licensing.
