Vapi vs Retell vs Bland - which do you use?

Depends on the use case. Vapi is my default - best DX, strong function calling, fair pricing. Retell wins for ultra-low-latency concierge flows. Bland for high-volume outbound. I'll recommend the right one after the discovery call.

Can the agent transfer to a human?

Yes - warm transfer with context summary, cold transfer, scheduled call-back. Configurable rules per intent.

What languages are supported?

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese in production today. Other languages depend on the voice model availability - we'll test before quoting.
